THE PROJECT
The goal is to create a building intervention on a "human scale", where every detail has been designed to offer an extraordinary quality of life.
Imagine living in houses that directly overlook the driveways and the private road at their service, creating an intimate link between the public road system, the private playground and the Gym area that surround these residences.
Here you can rediscover the pleasure of living outdoors, both in the vast private gardens adorned with marvelous swimming pools, and in the large common areas.
Why limit yourself to a cell phone screen when you can leave your children to play freely in the street, just like in the past?
ARCHITECTURAL DEVELOPMENT
The building work is based on the construction of 3 cubic modules, each of which is characterized by 2 completely independent spaces, for a total of 6 residential units.
The architectural study of the houses allows for a harmonious coexistence between the aspects of inclusion and exclusion, openness and closure.
The design of the spaces, in fact, meets all the needs of the residents, both in terms of attention and respect for privacy, and for the development of interpersonal relationships between the inhabitants.

THE RELATIONSHIP WITH NATURE:
HARMONY AND CONNECTION
The connection with nature is another central element of our project.
We have integrated the external spaces with the internal ones, creating gardens, courtyards and terraces that blend harmoniously with the primary architectural environments.
This approach allows you to live in symbiosis with nature, to enjoy the outdoors and to rediscover the beauty of the seasons.
The plants, water and natural elements that surround the structures are considered an integral part of the design, creating a sense of tranquility and well-being.
The reflections of the water create a dimension of depth and duality, uniting the material world with the spiritual one.
LOCATION
Its name comes fromneedlefish, a word that by its etymology leads back to the olive trees present throughout its territory. Ogliastra is characterized by a great variety of landscapes, ranging from the mountains of the interior to the beautiful beaches of the coast.
The region is famous for its unspoiled nature, crystal clear sea, fine white sandy beaches, and the wealth of archaeological and cultural sites. Ogliastra is a geographical region located in the heart of Sardinia, in the central eastern part of the island.
It overlooks the Tyrrhenian Sea to the east, borders to the north-west with the province of Nuoro and to the south-west with the province of Cagliari. The province has an area of about 1,854 km² and is the smallest in Sardinia (and the least populous in Italy), but despite its small size, it preserves a cultural and natural heritage of inestimable value.
